Reorganization of Erich Jaeger GmbH + Co. KG as of January 1, 2026
Information on the restructuring within the AdCapital Group
As part of the ongoing restructuring of the AdCapital Group, the assets of
Erich Jaeger GmbH + Co. KG,
with registered seat in in Friedberg (Hessen), registered with the commercial register A of the
local court of Friedberg under HRA 1501,
will be transferred to its shareholder
Erich Jaeger GmbH
with registered seat in Friedberg (Hessen), registered with the commercial register B of the
local court of Friedberg (Hessen) under HRB 10938,
by way of accrual.
From 1 January 2026, the previous activities of Erich Jaeger GmbH + Co. KG will be continued in Erich Jaeger GmbH. All rights and obligations arising from existing contractual relationships between you and Erich Jaeger GmbH + Co. KG will be transferred to Erich Jaeger GmbH by way of universal succession. From this point on, Erich Jaeger GmbH will be your sole contractual partner.

For you as our valued business partner, nothing will change in our cooperation. Your trusted team is still at your disposal – all contact details remain unchanged. In addition, we assure you that we will continue to serve you with the same reliability and commitment as you have come to expect from us.

Account details and VAT number
The account details you have been using will continue to apply to payments – with one exception: As of 1 January 2026, the account holder will change. Please update the account holder in your bank transfers and other orders from Erich Jaeger GmbH + Co. KG to Erich Jaeger GmbH at the turn of the year. This change has no effect on other account details such as IBAN or BIC; these will remain valid beyond 1 January 2026.
Another change concerns our VAT identification number. Please update the VAT identification number to: DE 136 572 497. This change will also take effect as of 1 January, 2026.

To ensure our continued smooth cooperation, we kindly ask you to take the following steps:
- Please change Erich Jaeger GmbH + Co. KG to Erich Jaeger GmbH in your systems
- Please change the account holder – New account holder: Erich Jaeger GmbH
- Please change the VAT identification number to DE 136 572 497
These changes take effect as of 1 January 2026.
