Dual Study Program
Unleash your full potential and get to know ERICH JAEGER through a dual study program. This program allows you to directly apply what you have learned in the practical phases and matches your skills with those of the company. In cooperation with the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM University of Applied Sciences), the program includes a comprehensive university degree, intensive practical experience and exceptional career prospects. Due to the international orientation of our company, you can already gain experience abroad during your studies in your practical phases at one of our many subsidiaries.

Stage étudiant
Tous les élèves, loin s’en faut, n’ont pas une idée précise de ce qu’ils veulent faire quand ils seront grands. Et c’est tout à fait normal !
Nous serons ravis de vous aider à déterminer la profession qui vous plaît et de vous accueillir pour un stage étudiant de deux semaines. Découvrez les différents profils de poste au sein d’une entreprise industrielle du secteur automobile et rapprochez-vous de l’emploi qui vous convient le mieux.
L’expérience de Laila en tant qu’étudiante stagiaire
Laila est une étudiante qui a décidé d’effectuer son stage chez ERICH JAEGER. Au cours de sa première semaine, elle a appris à connaître notre service technique. C’est là qu’elle a testé les unités de contrôle, soudé des câbles et des contacts, réparé des écrans et fabriqué des prises. Avec l’aide de notre concepteur technique de produits, Laila a appliqué ses nouvelles connaissances et a dessiné elle-même plusieurs vues de produits. En utilisant un programme informatique, elle a dessiné différentes formes avant de concevoir sa propre pièce. (Voir le résultat ici.)
Durant la deuxième semaine, Laila a démarré une introduction aux procédures du service achats. Elle a aidé à choisir le mobilier pour le réagencement d’un nouveau bureau. Au sein du service marketing et communication, Laila a participé au processus d’amélioration du site web ERICH JAEGER. Elle a analysé un test utilisateur rapide et a identifié les besoins et les demandes de nos clients. Ses conclusions ont contribué à rendre notre site Web aussi convivial que possible. Enfin, après avoir visité un salon professionnel à Francfort où notre équipe de vente exposait, Laila a eu l’opportunité de faire connaissance avec toute l’équipe d’ERICH JAEGER Allemagne à l’occasion de notre fête d’été à Friedberg.

Journée des filles et Journée des garçons
Faites connaissance avec ERICH JAEGER à l’occasion d’une Journée des filles ou des garçons. Découvrez le métier d’ingénieur, de technicien, d’expert en logistique et plus encore.
L’objectif de cette journée consiste à rapprocher les garçons et les filles des domaines professionnels qui s’écartent des profils de postes traditionnellement féminins ou masculins. Les filles tentent des emplois dans le domaine des mathématiques, de l’informatique, des sciences naturelles et de la technologie et les garçons découvrent des professions des secteurs social, éducatif et des soins infirmiers.
Donnez un coup de main dans le garage et installez un faisceau de câbles sur une voiture. Travaillez sur un circuit imprimé avec un fer à souder dans le service électronique. Apprenez les démarches importantes d’un ingénieur lors du développement de composants.
Goûtez aux différents domaines professionnels et laissez-vous surprendre. Peut-être vous découvrirez-vous des intérêts et talents cachés...
