ERICH JAEGER introduces new Management Team
Dr. Schmid is in charge of Sales and Operations; Mr. Scherm is responsible for Finance, HR and IT.
Dr. Andreas J. Schmid assumes his role as CEO of the Jaeger Group in parallel to his position as CEO of AdCapital AG. He has many years of international experience as a board member and managing director. In addition to his international experience in the automotive and industrial sectors, he also brings in-depth know-how in the areas of sales, technology and production.
For more than 20 years, Uwe Scherm has held executive positions as CFO at various international companies in different industries and can therefore draw on a wealth of experience which he will apply to the JAEGER Group.
Mr. Scherm and Dr. Schmid have a positive outlook on the future of Erich Jaeger GmbH + Co. KG and the entire JAEGER Group. Dr. Schmid: "The future holds some challenges. However, we as the JAEGER Group are well positioned to meet them successfully with a strong and motivated team as well as some promising projects. In addition, we will analyze the market together with the team and initiate a change process that will gain full momentum in 2023 in order to leverage the untapped potential for the JAEGER Group."
