Further Training

We support subject-specific trainings for our employees whenever we can. We are convinced that gaining further qualifications is not only important for the development of each individual employee but just as crucial to the overall company success. Especially in times of economic, technological and social developments, the job market and our everyday worklife constantly changes and requires different competencies from our employees. As a company in the automotive industry, we need to be flexible and dynamic in order to adapt to these changes.

Besides multiple on-the-job trainings, ERICH JAEGER has supported several MBA programs in the past through the partial assumption of costs. We want to keep on profiting from this experience and offer you the opportunity to complete your trainings and studies with us - at any time in your career!

Normally, a bachelor's degree is a prerequisite for a master's degree, and fortunately the THM offered this in a package, so I had the opportunity to complete both degrees."
