Job description
We are looking for your expertise in cable production!
As a company of the ERICH JAEGER Group, EP Connectors GmbH continues to focus on growth and is expanding its site in Bruchsal near Karlsruhe.
Our corporate goal is to establish and further expand cable production "Made in Germany" at the Bruchsal site. With state-of-the-art machines and equipment, we have been in series production with ADR-certified cable systems for further processing in the ERICH JAEGER Group since the beginning of 2023.

Maintenance Employee (m/f/d)
Tasks
Creating and maintaining maintenance plans for cable production and the infrastructure at the operating site
Carrying out maintenance on the cable production systems and infrastructure at the operating site
Troubleshooting on the systems
Documentation of maintenance work carried out and system faults
Creation of work instructions for maintenance activities to be carried out by the plant operators
Management of spare parts
Cooperation and coordination of external maintenance service providers
Documentation of externally performed inspection and maintenance activities (e.g. keeping inspection logbooks, etc.)
Ongoing optimisation of maintenance processes
Participation in fault analysis in the event of product deviations and installation of new production systems
Requirements
- Completed training as a mechatronics technician or industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or electrical engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the maintenance area of series production
- Preferably experience in the field of cable production or extrusion technology
- Knowledge of the requirements of quality management systems for maintenance processes, preferably IATF 16949
- Good MS Office and PC skills
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Independent and self-organised work and at the same time a high degree of team spirit
- Forklift licence would be an advantage
