Engineer Automotive SPICE Process Development (m/f/d)

Job description

The control of light signals on a trailer or an electrically folding towbar is a complex process in which safety on the road is the top priority. Support us in the development of control units for such and similar functions in Friedberg in the greater Frankfurt / Main area.

 

Tasks

  • Analysing and evaluating existing processes, tools, etc. from the perspective of Automotive SPICE and ISO26262

  • Concept creation, development and improvement of processes in the area of Automotive SPICE and ISO26262

  • Developing and supporting process implementation and changes, including the associated tools and methods

  • Creation and administration of process and development documents with regard to consistency

  • Organisation and supervision of assessments of the newly implemented processes

Requirements

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, automotive engineering or comparable
  • Affinity for processes in the development area of automotive ECU development
  • Experience with common standards such as Automotive SPICE, functional safety (ISO26262) and, if applicable, cybersecurity (ISO21434)
  • Solution-orientated, systematic and independent way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
