ERICH JAEGER creates a climate-neutral trade fair presence at the IAA Transportation 2022 with myclimate

In July 2022, all significant emissions associated with the trade show appearance were first calculated by myclimate. After the exact determination of the CO₂ footprint, which is composed by all raw materials, transports or production processes, ERICH JAEGER compensates for the carbon footprint by supporting a selected myclimate carbon offset project.

CO₂ compensation for sustainable development

In order to offset the greenhouse gas emissions caused by the IAA Transportation 2022, ERICH JAEGER supports the high-quality myclimate carbon offset project according to the GS VER standard, which is committed to clean drinking water in Uganda. Poorer households and institutions such as schools in Uganda are equipped with new technologies for the purification of drinking water. The resulting reduction in the consumption of non-renewable firewood and charcoal reduces CO₂ emissions and at the same time has a positive impact on the living conditions and health of thousands of people.
