Job description

To strengthen our team in Friedberg in the Frankfurt/Main area, we are looking for you to train as a digitalization management assistant. In this role, you will learn how to optimize digital processes and develop innovative solutions to make our company future-proof.
Tasks
- Learning the basics of digitalization management and IT systems
- Assisting in the analysis and optimization of existing business processes
- Supporting the implementation of new digital solutions
- Collaborating with various departments to promote digital transformation, with a strong focus on the existing SAP system
Requirements
- Good secondary school diploma, advanced technical college certificate, or high school diploma
- Fluent German skills, good English skills are an advantage
- You have an interest in digital technologies and their application in business
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- You enjoy working with people
- Initiative and willingness to learn
